Located on Quai des Queyries, just a few steps from the Stone Bridge and right by the Garonne, Le Siman comes with both a first floor brasserie and a second floor panoramic restaurant.
Both levels offer indoor and outdoor seating, but to enjoy the best panoramics over the river and the famous Place de la Bourse, the top floor is the place to go.
Open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday, and also for Sunday rooftop brunch, you can enjoy fresh and seasonal dishes on the Siman terrace pretty much anytime of the day.
Branding themselves as 'much more than a restaurant', Siman rooftop is also a prime Bordeaux rooftop to enjoy great vibes and drinks with a group of friends. Either to a smashing sunset, or later at night when live DJs usually create the soundtrack.
