Perched on top of the fantastic InterContinental Bordeaux Le Grand Hotel, right in the heart of the city, you find a 100 sqm rooftop terrace, offering a new and elevated experience no matter the season.

During the warmer months, the spacious 7th floor terrace and rooftop bar is simply called The Rooftop, an open-air and lush oasis, surrounded with amazing 360° views over Bordeaux, Place de la Comédie and the Garonne River.

Stylish and charming, the wooden decked terrace comes with a blend of dining tables and comfy lounge sofas. There is even a rooftop jacuzzi (exclusive to guests at Spa Guerlain), adding that extra luxurious feel.

During daytime, you can enjoy the Bordeaux sun and a selection of seasonal, local and healthy dishes, as well as detox drinks, ranging from organic teas to freshly squeezed fruit juices.

In the evening, the rooftop turns into a trendy and high-end lounge, offering unforgettable memories, a rich selection of tapas dishes, and cocktails prepared by award-winning bartenders.

Since winter 2021, The Rooftop at Grand Hotel also offers an elegant and cosy setting during the colder months, with the heated and covered In The Moon For Champagne. A glazed winter terrace will keep guests warm and comfy, while they indulge in a fine array of food and drinks.

Created in collaboration with one of the region's most prestigious winemaking families, the Maison Barons de Rothschild, the winter menu includes six Champagne Barons de Rothschild cuvées available by the glass, as well as other exclusive champagnes, refined cocktails and a gourmet selection of bites to share under the stars.
