Perched on top of the five-star Hyatt Regency Sydney, Zephyr is a luxurious Sydney rooftop bar, dressed in a sleek and exclusive nautical inspired decor, and offering some amazing waterfront views across Sydney’s Darling Harbour.

The alfresco rooftop bar serves a wide range of fantastic cocktails, from classics to barrel aged and frozen creations, along with a seasonal menu of sharing plates. Everthing from the charcuterie selection, Wagyu beef sliders, and lobster popcorn, to desserts.

Minimum spend of $80 per person (Sunday – Thursday) and $120 per person (Friday & Saturday) will apply for pre-booked guests (bookings are restricted to 2 hours and you will be required to vacate your table if there is a booking following your sitting).

Awarded Hotel Bar of the Year several years in a row, and sunset cocktails and bites do not get much more stylish than this.
