Baxter St Kilda is a lovely Melbourne beachside restaurant and rooftop bar, located right by the sand and water in St Kilda. Recently refurbished (and changing name from Captain Baxter), it is now an even hotter spot for cocktails, food and fantastic views over the ocean.

The rooftop comes with both a very stylish and bright indoor restaurant (with retractable roof) and an outdoor deck with large umbrellas and comfy lounge furniture. Here you can enjoy food with coastal vibes, from small plates to bigger things off the charcoal grill, along with well curatated signature cocktails and a long list of wine and beers.

Great food and drinks combined with great music and vibes makes Baxter St Kilda very popular, and a perfect Melbourne rooftop bar for ocean views and good times.

Usually open from lunch on weekends, and also a great spot for a relaxing after work on weekdays. Put on some sun screen, find a lounge spot on the deck and just enjoy.
