Established as one of downtown Manhattan’s most sought-after summer retreats, Bar d'Eau is an urban oasis with city views and 6,000 sq. ft of beautifully landscaped outdoor space including a blue Italian mosaic-lined lounge pool and cascading waterfall. Located at the five star Dominick Hotel (used to be Trump SoHo), Bar d'Eau is open seasonally, offering a bit of Miami-vibes in central NYC and features sushi, light bites and a full bar including signature cocktails.

One of New York's latest rooftop bars with a swimming pool, and as a non-hotel guest you can reserve exclusive cabanas for the day to gain access to the pool. Or you just visit for a lunch in the sun or some early night cocktails, taking in the chic and trendy atmosphere and enjoy the view. Which is really cool around the nearby skyscrapers, despite the fact that you are not very high up.
