We all love a rooftop pool, a rooftop bar, a restaurant, or anything offering a great view. Tennessee has some good ones, particularly in Nashville but in other cities as well.

The following are some of our picks for the best rooftop pools in Tennessee, and what to know when you’re visiting the home cities of these hotels.

The Margaritaville Hotel in Pigeon Forge

The Margaritaville Hotel is a chain developed by Jimmy Buffett. You can find these themed hotels in places like Grand Turk in Turks & Caicos, and Florida. There is also a Margaritaville hotel in Pigeon Forge, which is close to local attractions like Dollywood and Dollywood Splash Country.

The Margaritaville Hotel is on The Island, which is an entertainment, shopping and dining complex in Pigeon Forge.

It’s home to a Margaritaville restaurant, as well as other themed eateries, a Ferris wheel, arcade, and family-friendly attractions.

The rooftop pool is on the 27th floor, and it has a glass wall on one size for complete, unobstructed views of Nashville. The pool is also heated, and it’s adjacent to the L27 Rooftop Lounge. The Lounge is open to the public in the evening, but only guests can use the pool. L27 features cocktails, an outdoor terrace and a food menu of light bites.

Bobby Hotel Nashville

Finally, there’s a rooftop pool along with a rooftop music series at the Bobby Hotel. The Bobby is a retro-inspired boutique hotel. The Bobby is on Printers Alley, which is a historic downtown Nashville area known for its live music and nightlife.

The Bobby just opened in 2018 and on the rooftop, you’ll find the iconic 1956 Scenicruiser bus.
