Food & Drinks: For £60 you can enjoy a three-course weekend brunch – or add £35 and you’ll get an extra special brunch with wine pairing. Highlights on the menu includes citrus-cured South Coast mackerel, which can be paired with a ham hock terrine and pigs head croquette. But it wouldn’t be Aqua Shard if they didn’t also serve the Shard’s fluffy pancakes or the ‘English breakfast’ with tempura mushroom and crispy eggs.
