With a total area of over 1,700 m2, divided into several large and small rooms with individual niches, the most impressive space is probably the outside rooftop terrace, which is the largest in Switzerland.
Overlooking the greenery in the idyllic Flughafen Park, the spacious terrace holds both a circular bar, as well as plenty of comfy lounge furniture when you can enjoy the views.
Sablier, which means hourglass in French, invites guests on a journey through the culinary diversity of France, with a modern and casual menu including creative creations as well as classics such as 'Bouillabaisse' or the 'Canard à l'Orange'.
