On the 6th and 7th floor of the hotel, Neue Hoheit unveils both a brasserie and a rooftop bar, in a space where kitchen, cocktails and design embody the “drama free” Austrian attitude in combination with an exclusive laissez-faire style.

The 6th floor Brasserie aims to revive authentic Austrian cuisine with an innovative twist to create authentic brasserie dishes that shine above all through craftsmanship and authenticity. Have a seat at the elegant interior dining room and observe the chefs and pâtissiers at work in the show kitchen, or aim for the adjoining terrace and enjoy breathtaking views onto the copula of St. Peters Church and the surrounding neighborhood.

One floor above, the Neue Hoheit Bar is set amongst the property’s multiple rooftops, offering bespoke experiences in an intimate atmosphere. To an exceptional view over the heart of the city, both inside and outside, the skilled bartenders serve innovative signature cocktails that each incorporates spirits from one of the Austrian federal states, complemented with a fine selection of wine and spirits.
