Saltwater Fishery is a locally owned restaurant, bringing the feel of the coast and the taste of the low country to beautiful downtown Dublin, GA.

At the rustic interior dining room you can indulge in fresh, high-quality seafood and certified angus beef, served as lunch, dinner and weekend brunch.

But far from 'only' a restaurant, Saltwater Fishery also offers a coastal-inspired and vibrant rooftop bar, called The Flybridge.

Surrounded with panoramic views over downtown, and fitted with palm trees, dining tables and comfy lounge spot, the terrace offers a one of a kind rooftop experience, where live music meets an exclusive rooftop menu and custom cocktails.

From the Tiki Hut you can order tasty appetizers, tacos, baskets, handhelds and desserts, while the rooftop bar serves up Saltwater signature cocktails, martinis and margaritas, as well as a nice selection of wine and drafts.

Perfect to relax while enjoying drinks and bites underneath the palm trees, The Flybridge also invites to highly energetic weekend nights, with live music on the stage.

Saltwater Fishery is open year round, while The Flybridge is closed during the colder Dublin months (usally end of November to middle of March).
