Found close to the Gaiemmae Station, the fantastic and 5-star THE AOYAMA GRAND HOTEL offers a seasonal and cosmopolitan rooftop destination, called The Top.

Luxurious yet relaxing, the sleek and intimate terrace comes with soothing lights, standing tables and comfy lounge spots, as well as panoramic views over the Tokyo skyline and Tokyo Tower.

The rooooftop bar offers a wide selection of seasonal original cocktails, and a curated selection of wine, champagne and sake. There is also an array of Italian-inspired bar bites, ranging from assorted cheese and carpaccio, to more filling secondos.

A bit of a hidden gem, The Top at The Aoyama Grand Hotel is usually surrounded with a sophisticated chill-out atmosphere, great for drinks with a view in the company of close ones. Note that there is a ¥1,000 entrance fee to the rooftop, that is open from April to Novemeber, and closes if it rains.
