Opening late 2020, Ember Rooftop Lounge offers a modern rooftop pool and lounge experience, from the top of the fabulous Cambria Hotel St Petersburg.
With location by the Madeira Beach Marina, the spacious and bright terrace comes surrounded with stunning 360-degree views of the Gulf coast and the beach environment.
Equipped with comfy lounge spots, dining tables, cabanas and a stylish bar, the prime feature of Ember is the amazing rooftop infinity pool. To get the full experience of sipping and dipping, you need to book your stay at the hotel or rent one of the cabanas / daybeds. But anyone can visit the rooftop bar for poolside drinks with a view.
The rooftop menu comes filled with tropical signature cocktails, a large selection of crafted beers, wine by the glass or bottle, as well as plenty of shareable bites, like Skyway Sliders, Mini Wonton Tacos and Parmesan Crusted Swordfish Bites.
Open daily from noon, you can visit Ember Rooftop Lounge for sunny afternoon drinks, or maybe even better, sunset cocktails after a day on the beach. Weekend nights, the rooftop usually also offers live music and a vibrant atmosphere.
