Perched on the 32nd floor, Aster rooftop bar is a truly elevated venue designed to inspire, blending a contemprary and stylish interior lounge with a breezy outdoor terrace. But most of all, presenting absolutely breathtaking 270° views over Sydney Harbour, including the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.

While overlooking the most famous landmarks in the city, you can sip something from the thoughtful and elegant drink menu, featuring tried and true cocktail classics, bespoke and premium signature drinks, whisky flights and a world-class wine list. The drinks are paired with artfully-plated bar snacks showcasing local produce, perfect to share.

Very luxurious, Aster is made for unforgettable and unique evenings high above Sydney. Reservations are pretty much mandatory, and there is a minimum spend of $60 per person required for bookings or walk-ins on Thursday to Saturday.
