Fine-dining restaurant & cocktail bar, suspended high above Stockholm.

After almost 4 years of renovations, the classic restaurant and bar Gondolen finally opened again late 2023, inviting to fine-dining, drinks and celebrations high above Stockholm.

Apart from being one of Stockholm's most iconic venues for dining and sips, Gondolen is mostly famous for it's very special shape and placement, hanging like an airship passenger gondola between the Katarina Elevator and the KF building. The elevated position means fantastic views over Slussen below, the Old Town, Gröna Lund amusement park and lake Mälaren.

Set over two levels, the 'main body' of the gondola is an elegant and sleek interior dining room, where you can enjoy an exclusive and magnificent menu filled with Swedish gastronomy, served as both lunch and dinner. In the heart of the dining room, there is also a social cocktail bar, where jazz band meets creative signature drinks and a buzzing atmosphere.

Floating above the dining room is Bar Zeppelin, a modern and more relaxed indoor / outdoor bar and bistro, serving food from the menu below, as well as awarded cocktails and a wide selection of wine and beer.

With the motto 'every day is a reason to celebrate', Gondolen is a unique and fantastic spot for a special and elevated Stockholm day or night. Book a table in the dining room for fine dining with a view, or head up to Bar Zeppelin for some sunny sips, turning into a full night of music and vibes.

Tip: Gondolen also holds an exclusive and private dining room, called The King's Room, perfect for groups of up to 30 people.
