Found on level 34 of the Labrador Tower, a bit outside the city center, 1-Alfaro is a new star on the Singapore rooftop scene, opened during 2025.

Divided into two spaces, here you find rooftop restaurant La Torre, serving the soulful flavours of Emilia-Romagna in Italy, and rooftop bar La Luna, a vibrant escape above the city. All surrounded with amazing 360° views over the sea, and the Singapore skyline.

At La Torre, you can indugle in a menu that celebrates the heart and soul of Italian food, including everything from handmade pasta and aged cheeses to slow-cooked meats and rustic Italian staples. Visit for a laid-back lunch and weekend brunch, or an elevated dinner, all served in a casual, social, and effortlessly fun atmosphere.

At La Luna, the laid-back charm of Italy’s aperitivo culture meets a lively, modern vibe, perfect to sip Emilia Romagna inspired signature cocktails or a classic Italian Negroni with sunset views. As the night wears on, DJ beats turns the terrace into a vibrant lounge filled with fresh sounds and an energetic atmosphere.
