From the karaoke rooms on the 7th floor, through the 8th floor restaurant, you arrive at the prime spot here: the 9th floor rooftop bar. Filled with quirky neon-signs and overlooking the Copan and the Italy Building, this is a go-to spot for late night fun in Sao Paulo.
