There are 71 steps that lead you to the highest point of the fabulous Amatte Community, where you find what is probably the most diverse rooftop San Miguel de Allende has to offer.

Called Rooftop by Amatte, the spacious and lush rooftop includes a vegetable and flower garden, as well as a restaurant and several bars. Add spectacular 360° over the city and surroundings, and you understand this is a venue out of the ordinary.

The rooftop restaurant is called Hacmans a wood kitchen, where the mission is to elevate sustainable cuisine through culinary techniques focused on the use of firewood and smoke. The menu includes everything from oysters and fresh octopus, to high-quality cuts of meat and a selection of grilled vegetables from the rooftop garden.

Complementing the restaurant you find the Dragones Bar, serving minimalist and sophisticated cocktails, as well as exclusive pairings to taste tequila in its various expressions, the main mixology bar Aruma with vanguard cocktails, and the Spanish Corner, where you find 100% Iberian acorn-fed ham, red wine and an interesting selection of vermuts and ports, wines and spirits.
