Boulangerie Bleu is the in-house French bakery, serving unique and special pastries made by Quince’s French-trained pastry chef. There is also a brunch menu with everything from Truffle Eggs Benedict and Macha smoothies to a Bloody Mary and Mimosa Bar that is served weekends (10am-1pm). All cocktails are handcrafted, tasty and prepared by award-winning international mixologists.
