Located about a 5 minutes walk from San Miguel de Allende Main Square, the amazing Hotel Boutique El Palomar is home to an equally lovely bistro-style rooftop bar and restaurant, called Antonia Bistro.

Perched on the top floor of the hotel, the terrace has quite a low-key and rustic decoration, but with one feauture that really pops: the amazing and panoramic views over San Miguel de Allende and all the main historical monuments.

Born from the passion of Chef Alex Cuatepotzo, the rooftop restaurant offers a mix local and international cuisine, as well as several vegan options. Made with traditional techniques and local ingredients, there are both special 'fine-dining' dishes, as well as a more casual selection of tacos and hamburgers.

With a relaxing sophisticated amibence, Antonia Bistro is a great spot for a sunny lunch or romantic dinner with views. But you can also head up to the rooftop bar and just try some of the finely crafted cocktails, or something from the nice selection of wines. Time a sunset and grab one of the front row seats, and you will be in for a real treat.
