The highly popular KAIYŌ Cow Hollow has expanded, and it has done so upwards, with the opening of the KAIYŌ Rooftop in early 2022, a tropical oasis in the sky.

Perched on the 12th floor of Hyatt Place San Francisco/Downtown, KAIYŌ really raises the bar for the San Francisco rooftop scene. Equipped with vibrant colors, lush greenery, rich textiles and an impressive green tiled bar, the terrace mixes the elegant with the airy, all surrounded with amazing panoramic views over the skyline and San Francisco Bay.

Serving a Nikkei experience, here you can indulge in both food and drinks that explore the Japanese culinary influence within Peruvian culture. Shareable dishes, like sushi and ceviche, is complemented with crafted signature cocktails, craft beers, sake and wine.

Made for elevated and unique SF evenings, KAIYŌ Rooftop is a perfect spot for that special occasion with a date or a group of friends. Reservations are needed to get a dining table, but walk-ins are welcome to the standing bar.

Note: During 2023, KAIYŌ is also set to open a restaurant at the ground floor of the Hyatt Place San Francisco, providing a full dining experience.
