Ocean Beach Brewery occupies a three story building on Newport Avenue, where the real gem is the top floor rooftop deck.

While a third floor rooftop might not sound like much in altitude, in the Ocean Beach area it is about as high as you can get. And the charming terrace offers some fantastic panoramic views over the ocean, the Ocean Beach Pier and the surrounding neighborhood.

All three floors of the rustic building work as tasting rooms, but the rooftop is the perfect place to enjoy ocean sunset views and some unique OB brews.

Trying one of the beers is almost mandatory, but the OB Brewery menu also includes a large selection of wine and cocktails, as well as tasty, pub-style food.

Open daily for lunch and dinner, and on weekends for brunch, the Ocean Beach brew pub is both a vibrant and popular venue. So expect a fun-filled atmosphere, and during peak-hours also quite a crowd.
