Located just steps away from Roma Termini, the excellent Bettoja Hotel Mediterraneo recently reopened after renovations, and they did so with an upgraded rooftop terrace and cocktail bar.

Called Ligea Lounge Bar, the beautiful indoor / outdoor rooftop is characterized by an elegant vintage atmosphere, with 1940s lamps, a record player and Art decò decor.

Thanks to the hotel's position on Rome’s highest hill the Esquilino, the 10th floor location of the rooftop feels even higher, and here you are surrounded with unparalleled views of the Eternal City.

Overlooking the St. Peter’s Dome, the Forum, the Quirinale and the Colosseum, Ligea Lounge Bar serves a great selection of crafted signature cocktails, complemented with wine and an array of light bites.

Open to all, usually from noon to midnight, Ligea Lounge Bar is a great spot for an aperitivo or nightcap, listening to music and watching the romantic sunset.
