On top of the exquisite five star Hotel The Peninsula Paris, just a couple of blocks from Arc de Triomphe, you find both a luxurious rooftop restaurant (L'Oiseau Blanc) and a fantastic rooftop bar (Le Rooftop “The Golden Hour”).

Both venues are set on the same floor and offer breathtaking views over the French capital. Fantastic and panoramic 360° vistas, with the Eiffel Tower as a mighty backdrop.

L'Oiseau Blanc is The Peninsula Paris' crowning glory rooftop restaurant, and one of the very best fine-dining restaurants across the city. All inside, but with panoramic windows in all directions, and it might be hard to decide what is best: the food or the views.

Here you can enjoy the very best of French cuisine from a menu that changes weekly and is inspired by seasonal ingredients. Open for lunch and dinner, the setting is truly luxurious and very romantic.

Not surprising it also comes with a hefty price tag, but then you do get fantastic service and most likely a meal to remember for life. Very popular rooftop restaurant, so reservations well in advance are recommended.

Le Rooftop “The Golden Hour” offers the outside-seating that L'Oiseau Blanc does not have. This beautiful rooftop garden and cocktail lounge comes with comfy lounge sofas, perfect for sipping refined cocktails and premium wines, and nibble on sharing plates by David Bizet, while admiring the view of the Paris rooftops.

Le Rooftop works on a first-come, first-served basis, so be in good time and you can grab the best spots on the terrace. If possible, try to time a sunset, as you will see both the lovely display of the sun going down behind Paris, followed by the twinkling lights of the Eiffel Tower.
