The new and modern Munch Museum in Bjørvika does not only offer a highly impressive selection of Edvard Munch art, it is also home to Oslo's highest open-air bar.

Located on the 13th floor, 60 metres above ground, Kranen Bar is an indoor / outdoor rooftop bar, surrounded with amazing panoramic views over the city skyline and the Oslo fjord.

Open for drop-ins all year-round at the intimate interior lounge, the wooden decked terrace with comfy sofas is a prime spot for alfresco drinks during the warmer months. The rooftop menu includes everything from crafted cocktails, to refreshing spitz, beer and sparkling.

The rooftop bar is closely connected to the 12th floor Bistro Tolvte, an indoor restaurant serving Norwegian dishes as lunch and dinner, with a side of majestic views through the panoramic windows.
