Located in historic downtown Sanford, north of central Orlando, Hollerbach's German Restaurant is a German restaurant and bar, and a place 'where Gemütlichkeit Happens'.

Opened already back in 2001, the venue has continually expanded, and after the completion of the 2020 Project Hollerblock it is now a 665 seat restaurant, complete with a second floor rooftop biergarten.

The spacious and wooden decked terrace really feels like a classic rooftop beer garden, with bistro-style seating and charming views over the downtown Sanford rooftops.

All around, Hollerbach's offers and authentic German food, beverage and entertainment experience, and the menu comes filled with everything from Flammkuchen, Schnitzel and Sausages, to a large selection of draft beers, wine, schnaps and haus cocktails.

The Hollerbach's restaurant is open daily from lunch to late dinner, while the rooftop biergarten is more of a weekend hot-spot (open from 5pm Thursday & Friday, and from 11am Saturday & Sunday). Come enjoy the best of Germany, along with vibrant happenings, like live Jazz Nights.
