L'EssenCiel is a panoramic restaurant and rooftop bar, located on the top floors of the 4-star Splendid Hotel & Spa Nice, right in the heart of Nice.
Set over three levels, the 8th floor terrace is equipped with a lovely rooftop swimming pool, a heated whirlpool bath and sun loungers. While this terrace is exclusive to guests staying at the hotel, the floors above are open to all.
The 9th and 10th floor of L'EssenCiel rooftop mix comfy and bright lounge sofas with regular dining tables and some truly amazing 360-views over the Nice rooftops and all its surroundings. Mainly from the outdoor terraces, but also through the panoramic windows at the indoor dining room.
Open daily from morning to midnight, you can visit L'EssenCiel Restaurant and Bar for a sunny rooftop lunch, a chic and cozy sunset afterwork or a romantic dinner.
The rooftop bar offers a rich and varied menu, including classic and original cocktails, as well as a large selection of wines. From the restaurant you can enjoy a range of tapas-style dishes, with flavours from all over Europe.
