Turandot is one of the most renowned restaurants in Moscow, partly for its food, but mainly for its fantastic interior. The inside dining room looks and feels more like a high-end opera house then a restaurant, and it is truly a special experience.
But apart from the stylish inside with paintings, murals, fireplaces and one really impressive chandelier, Turandot also offers a much more bright, open and airy summertime rooftop terrace, called Trellis Terrace.
While the rooftop aligns with the indoor halls in terms of architecture, here you are not surrounded by dark and painte walls, but instead orange trees, hydrangeas, roses and the Moscow sky as roof.
Both beautiful and very cosy, with different comfy corners and fountains, the Turandot terrace is a fantastic spot to spend a couple of intimate and relaxing hours with friends, family or a loved one.
The rooftop menu includes a lot of Pan Asian tastes, from sushi and sashimi to dim sum, but also a diversity of more filling dishes, including both fish, seafood and meats. There is also a long bar card with classic cocktails, premium spirits and a large selection of wines.
During weekends, Turandot also serves a great brunch (1pm - 5.30pm), where you can enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet including cold and hot snacks, dishes of Chinese, Japanese and Italian cuisines as well as various desserts.
