Set on the 4th floor of the superb The Madrid EDITION, the city’s first luxury lifestyle urban resort, Oroya rooftop restaurant & bar celebrates the spirit of Peru in a lush and elevated setting.

Floating above the vibrant heart of the Spanish capital, the rooftop is truly a seductive garden in the sky. Here you find an interior with a relaxed, convivial greenhouse-like setting framed by a blackened steel cage clad with climbing plants and coloured glass panels, and a beautiful outdoor terrace that features a fireplace and a vine-covered pergola, as well as exhilarating city vistas.

Helmed by Peruvian Chef Diego Muñoz, Oroya serves a relaxed tapas menu with family-style sharing plates, telling the story of Peru’s cultural history with influences from Spain, Africa, Italy, China and Japan.

The food is complemented with a wine menu, and from the Bar you can enjoy a selection of expertly executed cocktails, including the famous 'Pisco Sour', the 'Capitán Amaru' & the 'Inka Mule'.

Surrounded with a warm and friendly lounge atmosphere, Oroya at EDITION is a perfect Madrid rooftop for lazy lunches, cocktail hour or light bites with friends and family. Every Saturday, Oroya also offers a tasty brunch menu from 1pm until 5pm, at €60 per person.

Tip: The 4th floor of The Madrid EDITION also houses the city’s biggest rooftop pool. A sanctuary above the hustle and bustle, and a beautiful spot to sip cocktails and snack on small bites from one of the 25 sunbeds and 5 cabanas, while admiring quintessential views of Madrid’s red rooftops against the backdrop of the setting sun.
