Created in honour of Stanley Tollman and his enduring love of hospitality, cocktails, and great food, this intimate fifth‑floor retreat offers a luxurious ambience: plush seating, discreet heating, and a retractable glass canopy that ensures comfort whatever the season. The mood is one of relaxed sophistication rather than late‑night revelry, making it equally suited to quiet evenings and milestone celebrations. With space for around 60 guests, Stanley’s strikes a balance between exclusivity and warmth.
