16ROOF is a real 'happening' place, perched on top of of the superb Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul. Located on the European banks of the Bosphorus, this multi-level and airy rooftop terrace used to be called Gaja Roof, but is after a refurbish now 16ROOF terrace bar and restaurant.

From the rooftop you get a magnificent view over Bosphoren and the Asian part of the city on the other side of the water. You can also see down to the Besiktas soccer team home arena.

The lower levels of the terrace is mainly equipped with very stylish dining tables of different sizes, leading up to the top level lounge with standing tables and a really cool bar in the middle.

Up here you can enjoy great international food every night (7-11pm), like sushi, pasta and a large selection from the grill. This is complemented with a really impressive wine menu along with a 'Sky Menu', including well-crefted signature cocktails, martini's, smoked cocktails and a wide range of beers, cigars and shisha.

With a vibrant and trendy atmosphere, 16ROOF is a perfect Istanbul rooftop bar for lounge cocktails and fun dinners all days of the week. But come weekend, the party atmosphere really takes off with live music and DJ sessions all night long.

During summer, this is the place to be, so come early or make reservation if you want to be guaranteed a spot.
