Rooftop Nine is found on top of the Innside by Meliá Ibiza (also known as Sol House Ibiza) in San Antonio Bay. Contrary to what the name suggest, it is not set on the 9th floor, but on the 5th. This, however, does not stop the rooftop terrace from offering some amazing 360-degree views over San Antonio Bay and the surrounding countryside.
Spacious and very open-air, the Rooftop Nine terrace comes with lounge seats, bean bags, sun beds and a small but fantastic rooftop infinity pool. Pretty much all you need for summertime rooftop fun.
Open and welcoming to all, hotel guest or not, the rooftop bar menu includes everything from delicious cocktails, wine and cold beers to tasty Mediterranean dishes and international favourites. The 'regular rooftop pool menu' if you like, served at very decent prices.
The terrace is available from noon for relaxing drinks in the sun, but it is around sunset that Rooftop Nine really gets buzzing. Partly beacuse of the amazing sunset views, but mainly beacuse of the resident DJs creating the soundtrack and vibes until midnight.
