From laid-back and sunny poolside sessions by day, to amazing sunsets and vibrant evenings, CIELITO serves contemporary and bold Mexican flavors. Created by Chef Gabriel Sunyer, the colourful food menu ranges from creative bites, ceviches and tacos, to mains like Grilled Octopus and the Tomahawk "El Guerrero".

Drink-wise, the exclusive and creative tequila bar offers flamed cocktails and curated agave spirits, adding to the Latin vibe.
