While the rooftop setting at the fantastic Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel is by no means new (we visited here for the first time in 2017), a hiatus and refurbish means it feels like a fresh breeze on the Ho Chi Minh rooftop scene.

Aptly named Wine Bar at Level 23, the 23rd floor rooftop is an elegant and tropical paradise, with lux decor and cool arches opening up to panoramic views over Nguyen Hue Street and the city skyline.

In the perfect blend of covered and open-air vibes, here you can of course enjoy a glass of wine, but even more so, a fantastic selection of crafted signature cocktails.

Visit for stylish sunset sessions, with 2 for 1 on selected beverages, or later on for elevated bites and drinks with a glittering skyline as backdrop.
