Open nightly from May to November, the beautiful 6th floor terrace is dressed like an upscale rooftop garden, featuring dining tables and comfy lounge sofas, and a bar shaped like a hot‑air balloon. And while the setting is impressive, it fades in comparison with the complete 360° views over Florence, including the Duomo, Palazzo Vecchio and Medici Chapels.
Connected to the fine dining restaurant Terrae inside the hotel, Chef Iside de Cesare brings a light selection of gastronomic delights to the rooftop, where the crispy and airy 'Bolla' really stands out. But the star of the show are the refined drinks, ranging from signature cocktails inspired by the myths, skies, and timeless art of Florence, to a fine selection of champagne, wine and spirits.
