Right in the heart of Florence you find a lovely pool bar and rooftop cocktail bar, located on top of the amazing Grand Hotel Minerva. The views from up here are absolutely stunning, 360-degree over Florence, with the Cathedral as powerful background.
While the terrace usually is open for a visit year round, it only offers service between April to October, and it is part exclusive / part open to all.
During daytime, the rooftop is a privileged oasis strictly for guests at the hotel. Swim in the amazing heated rooftop pool, relax in the comfy sun loungers, and indulge in home-made bites and refreshing drinks from the bar.
From 7.30pm, the Grand Hotel Minerva rooftop turns into a stylish cocktail bar, welcoming non-hotel guests, Florentines and travelers. Here you can enjoy tasty snacks and delicious pizza, complemented with cocktails prepared by the skilled bartenders, like the legendary Terrace Negroni’s.
The terrace at Grand Hotel Minerva is pretty much the perfect spot to enjoy great atmosphere, an apertivo and catch a beautiful sunset over Florence.
