The seasonal deck is available to visit for viewing all year round, weather permitting, with the bar opening for the Spring / Summer 2026 season on Friday 3rd April 2026.

The W deck blends skyline views with a vibrant, open‑air atmosphere, designed for long afternoons and unforgettable evenings. What's more, throughout Edinburgh’s peak Festival month of August, hotel guests and visitors can enjoy uninterrupted views from the rooftop bar of the regular festival fireworks displays over Edinburgh, with fire pits to keep everyone warm as the city sparkles.
