On top of the lovely boutique hotel The Dean Dublin, right in the heart of the city, you find Sophie’s. A beautiful and modern glasshouse and terrace restaurant and bar, offering amazing 360-degree views over Dublin, from cityscape to countryside.

Modern, trendy and chic in setting, Sophie's rooftop is open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, weekend brunch, and drinks anywhere in between. Enjoy a causal New York – Italian – Irish menu, ranging from wood-fired pizzas and salad favorites to steaks and fish specials.

From the rooftop bar you can choose from a large selection of wines and signature cocktails, along with beers on both tap and bottle.

Thanks to the set-up with glasshouse, and also blankets and heaters, the rooftop is open year round and in all weathers. Best is of course a sunny day, when you can enjoy food and drinks in the open air on the terrace, preferably in one of the comfy loungers.

Come for relaxing bites and drinks all through the day, or towards evening when the atmosphere is more buzzing under the Dublin sky.
