Overview
KOLO by Skt. Annæ is a lush, chic and charming rooftop café and bar that crowns the boutique Hotel Skt. Annæ in central Copenhagen. The name of the venue comes from the word 'kolonihave', which refers to the small plots of land that Danes have been cultivating for over a century, and the warm and inviting terrace really takes you closer to nature, above the city buzz. Started as a breakfast restaurant in 2023, KOLO teamed up with the hotel's courtyard restaurant The Shrimp during 2025, and now also offers and evening experience. So from May to mid-September, all are welcome to start and end summer days in a unique and elevated setting.

Food & Drinks
In the morning, KOLO’s menu features a fresh breakfast selection created with a philosophy of simplicity, sustainability & community. Enjoy homemade sourdough buns with whipped butter & cheese, overnight oats or a Skir bowl with granola & compote, complemented with premium coffee, juice and lemonades. As the rooftop turns into KOLO by Night, the menu shifts to meticulously crafted cocktails, summerish spritz, a curated selection of wines, and perfect combos, like oysters & champagne. There's also more filling gastronomic options of the highest level, ranging from 'Beef Tartar' and 'Lobster Roll', to 'Pasta a la Vodka' and 'Steak au Poivre'.

KOLO by Skt. Annæ really stands out as a true Danish summer oasis, where you can start and end your weekends in style. We love the opportunity for a sunny breakfast with a view, but the garden setting creates an equally beautiful ambiance for intimate yet social afternoons and evenings, sipping crafted drinks with a few freinds.
