Located in the heart of Colima's old town, on top of the fabulous Hotel Concierge Plaza, Panorama Rooftop offers the perfect mix of gastronomy, mixology, music and views.

While perched on top of a 150 year old building, Panorama Rooftop is a much more modern venue, founded in November 2021. The beautiful rooftop comes with a multi-level restaurant area, and a 360° lounge terrace, surrounded with panoramic views of the historic city center and the volcanoes in the horizon.

Set on a mission to become the best restaurant in Colima, Panorama Rooftop offers a wide variety of haute cuisine, carefully curated integrating locally sourced products, and with an inspiration of both Mexican and Mediterranean flavours.

Drink-wise, the rooftop bar menu includes fantastic mixology signature cocktails, where Mexican spirits like mezcal, tequila, and chili liquors take the protagonist role. There is also a nice array of beers and wine.

Open nightly, and filled with a fun and sophisticated atmopshere, Panorama Rooftop is the place to go for an elevated experience in Colima. House and techno music usually creates the background soundtrack, but the rooftop often also offer live music acts, like jazz bands or local folk artists.
