Taking over from Devereaux, Pandan invites to a lush and intimate rooftop bar and lounge setting, perched 18 floors up at the fantastic Viceroy Chicago in the Gold Coast area of the city.

While the year-round indoor lounge is stylish enough, the true gem is the seasonal outdoor terrace. Something of a rarity in Chicago, this is a poolside rooftop lounge, and really the go-to spot for summertime vibes in the glittering blue lighting reflecting off the pool.

Apart from a refreshing rooftop pool, the Pandan rooftop features comfy lounge chairs, plenty of botanicals and greenery, and some amazing views over the Gold Coast skyline and Lake Michigan.

The rooftop menu comes filled with a vast array of creative and beautiful cocktails sparkling with flavors, and a curated wine selection, paired with Southeast Asian-inspired bites perfect to share.

Usually open in the afternoon through the evening, Pandan is a prime Chicago rooftop for elevated outings, where views and fine sips meet a touch of exclusivity.
