Located in South End, the casual neighborhood seafood restaurant The Waterman Fish Bar comes with a charming rooftop terrace, called Topside.

Open year-round (weather permitting), the 80-seat rooftop has its own bar, and despite only being on the second floor, it still offers some really cool views over the South End rooftops and the Charlotte skyline.

Topside serves full food and beverage menus, which means plenty of classic seafood dishes, Southern inspiration, and new spins on old favorites, as well as boat drinks, frozen boozes, brews and craft cocktails.

Visit for the $1.5 Oyster Happy Hour on weekdays from 2 to 7pm, Thursday live music, weekend brunch, or anytime to enjoy casual alfresco drinks and bites with view. Just remember that seating at Topside is on a first come, first served basis.
