The Radisson Blu 1835 Hotel has turned into Canopy by Hilton Cannes, and just like its predecessor, Hilton Cannes offers a magnificent rooftop bar and restaurant experience.

Called Marea, the beautiful rooftop recreates the world of yachting, echoing the enchantment of the daily parade of sails and hulls held a few hundred metres from the hotel in the Old Port of Cannes.

Mixing interior dining room with a spacious outdoor terrace, the rooftop comes surrounded with an uninterrupted and panoramic 360° view of the shimmering Mediterranean sea and the Suquet old town.

The rooftop restaurant offers a menu full of surprises, full of detours and unusual gustatory escapades. Raw or marinated, from land or sea, savoury or sweet, always light, the dishes pay tribute to the natural elements, and comes filled with flavors from around the world.

Or you settle down at the rooftop bar, with a front row seat to the setting sun, accompanied by a cocktail prepared by the in-house mixologist, drawing on the flavours and products of the region, citrus fruits and syrups. There is also a list of "Les Bienheureux", a team of distillers and blenders with an unrivalled selection of French wines and spirits.
