Overview
Contemporary Mexican vibes, high above the heart of Fortitude Valley.
In the heart of Fortitude Valley, the highly popular Eleven Rooftop Bar has made way for the pop-up restaurant and rooftop bar Maya Mexican. The plan is that Eleven will return, but even though Maya is called a pop-up, it surely feels like a permanent venue.
Bright and stylish, the rooftop terrace comes with olive trees, cactus gardens, cabanas, a white marble bar and benches where you can enjoy sublime views over Fortitude Valley and the CBD, with Mt Coot-tha and Toohey Mountain's as majestic backdrop.
Inspired by the Maya region of Mexico, the rooftop menu comes packed with tasty small plates and larger dishes created by chef Leisa Smith. From tacos, quesadillas and cheviche to chargrilled flank steak and pan-seared market fish.
The drink list also takes a lot of inspiration from Mexico, offering a large range of tequila and mezcal and a selection of Margaritas, along with craft and international beers and Australian boutique wines.
An intimate and lovely rooftop bar Brisbane for a sunny lunch or afternoon drinks with friends. Later at night, the vibe really picks up, with both live music and DJs creating the soundtrack.
