El Chiringuito de Casa BonayRooftop Bar in Barcelona

Overview

El Chiringuito is a vibrant seasonal rooftop set atop the creative Casa Bonay in the Eixample district. The rooftop comes alive April through October, offering a lush, tropical setting and grilled Turkish Mediterranean cuisine in an open-air environment. Inspired by Barcelona's beach bars ('chiringuitos' in Spanish), the charming, intimate and social terrace brings a slice of urban beach-vibes to the top of the city.

Views

The vistas are framed by tropical vegetation, offering a cosy oasis above Gran Vía rather than wide city views. The garden ambiance is charming, best enjoyed during warm summer evenings when the terrace truly shines. Sunset especially brings a beautiful glow to the rooftop.

Food & Drinks

El Chiringuito specializes in Turkish Mediterranean flavors, with a big focus on grilled meats and fish, seasonal vegetables, and vibrant meze platters. The open-fire preparations are complemented with a fresh and summerish array of cocktails and drinks, natural wine and beers.

What we think about El Chiringuito de Casa Bonay

El Chiringuito is a superb spot for al fresco summer dining and sips, in a quite uniqe Barcelona rooftop setting. The lively atmosphere and menu encourages shared plates and festive drinks, perfect for social and fun sessions with old and new friends.
