HandleBar Austin is a fun, funky and very popular place among the Austin rooftop bars, located on 5th Street in the downton area.
Describing themselves as an adult wonderland and neighborhood bar with an old school vibe, HandleBar comes with an indoor ground floor and a wooden decked, open-air rooftop terrace, with cool views over downtown Austin.
With a vibrant and friendly atmosphere, this rooftop is the place where fun meets crafted cocktails and beers. Get busy with a game of cornhole or large size jenga while sipping on 20 different crafted beers or one of the signature cocktails, like 'Salvador Dali' or 'Doc Holiday'.
If you don't like games there is no need to worry, you can just as well visit HandleBar for some weekend live music and DJs, or maybe even better, the 'Free BBQ Sunday's'. Anytime is bound to be fun and with a very relaxing atmosphere.
The HandleBar dress code is causal, and they also have generous Happy Hour: Mon-Sat 3pm-8m and Sunday all day long.
