Covering the top floor, Rooftop L.O.A (or L.O.A. Social Club) is an impressive 38,000-square-foot venue, including a full-service restaurant, a garden-inspired outdoor bar, as well as a large and glittering rooftop pool.

Since opening, L.O.A has turned into a Member’s-Only Social Club, so you need to apply for a membership to enjoy this exclusive and private rooftop oasis, featuring several spaces.

The Riva Restaurant mixes a spacious and elegant interior with a wraparound outdoor terrace, surrounded by amazing 360° views over Atlanta. Here you can enjoy coastal-Europen dining and an extensive beverage program every night, as well as lux rooftop brunch every weekend.

The lush and garden-inspired Grove rooftop bar offers lighter bites and plenty of drinks among olive trees, crepe myrtles and skyline views. Classic and house cocktails, bubbles, sake and plenty of wine is all part of the menu.

Adding the final touch to the Rooftop L.O.A resort vibe is the amazing rooftop Pool. Surrounded with loungers, private cabanas and a VIP alcove, this is a prime spot to soak up the Atlanta sun, swim with a view and enjoy bites and libitations all day.
