Fado Atlanta is a classic Irish sports pub and rooftop bar located in downtown Atlanta. More precisely in Buckhead, and it is also called Fado Buckhead Atlanta, not to be mixed up with the other Fado located in Midtown. Or any of the other 10 Fado's available across the country.

The Fado pub is probably as Irish as you can get in America, with it being the first first pub in the U.S. that was manufactured in Ireland. Three stories high, the cosy building comes with a rooftop patio that has stone walls and large wall paintings, creating a clear feel of an Irish landscape.

While the view from the rooftop over the surroundings are cool enough, this place is even better for watching other things then views: sports of all kind. Especially the English Premier Leauge, which is on every weekend. But also other soccer, rugby and the NFL is shown, and sometimes mixed up with live music and DJs.

The bar serves gastro-style Irish pub favorites and internationally flavored dishes inspired by Dublin’s best pubs, brunch every weekend and a drink menu that (unsurprisingly) is filled with a lot of different beers, but also has nice cocktails and wines.

Expect a fun, and sometimes loud, atmosphere, and if the weather is fine the roof terrace is quickly filled, so make sure to be in time.
