The rooftop restaurant is run by Chef Antonio Sorrentino, with a focus on Neapolitan culinary tradition, made from local fresh ingredients. The menu includes everything from homemade ravioli to meat, fish and several daily specials. There are also vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options available, and the food is complemented with a careful selection of regional and international wines.

The Il Tridente rooftop bar and terrace comes with comfy lounge furniture and a quite magical setting to enjoy the surroundings, a few cocktails, some nice company and the quite mesmerizing view of a twinkling Positano. The bar also has live music nights on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
