The Sôl rooftop menu includes locally inspired and modern dishes created by Head Chef Rhys Nicholson, available for all day dining. From the rooftop bar, you can also order from a dynamic list of signature and time honoured cocktails, rare spirits, and Adelaide's broadest 'by the glass' international wine list.

Visit to watch the sun set and indulge in the extensive selection of crafted signature cocktails, champagne and wines. Every Friday, the Sôl Rooftop Bar offers Sunset Sessions with live DJs, and every Saturday & Sunday it's time for Bottomless Brunch. 3 courses, 2 hours of free-flowing cocktails and Prosecco, sunshine, views and DJ for $99 per person.
