Sixteen floors up at the excellent Hotel Indigo Adelaide Markets you find Merrymaker Rooftop Bar. Opened early 2021 it is one of the city's newest rooftop venues, and also the tallest.

With an impressive altitude, it is no surprise that the very colorful and chic terrace comes with amazing views over the city skyline and the Adelaide Hills.

Offering an impressive selection of both food and drinks, the Merrymaker rooftop is bound to be a feast for the tastebuds. Specialising in classic cocktails with titillating twists, there is also an extensive locally acquired wine list and a large array of craft beers.

Eats come with a focus on locally sourced seafood, from oysters to lobster roll. But there is also meat and vegetarian options from the charcoal hibachi.

With a friendly and local vibe, the Merrymaker Rooftop Bar is a great spot for sunny afternoon cocktails, Sunday Sessions or late nights under the stars. Seating up to 86 guests, the rooftop has limited space, so reservations are highly recommended.
